AWD rear subframe

This rear subframe is custom build to fit the standard mounting points on the body but alterations to the boot floor are nessesary.

Mazda MX5 hubs and brakes are needed for this setup as well as the Honda CRV-1 differential. The subframe has integrated coilover

top mounts for improved handling next to a 20mm sway bar and all PU bushings. This is the ultimate way of getting your power down to the road without smoking up your tires. Even if you want to go for a front mounted engine with RWD then this subframe is what you need

AWD front subframe >> B-series

This front subframe is custom build to fit the standard length mini front end and can be used with all Honda B-series engine and gives clearance for the AWD transmission. Uses all the classic mini suspension components and provides room for a massive 3 core rad. to keep everything nice and cool.

AWD front subframe >> K-series

This front subframe is custom build to fit the standard length mini front end and can be used with all Honda K-series engines and gives clearance for the AWD transmission. Uses custom suspension components and provides room for a massive 3 core rad. to keep everything nice and cool but in order to make this all fit you will need to move the firewall back 120mm. This is not an easy job and involves some serious fabrication. Its preferred to incorporate the top subframe mounts into a roll cage. 

 

NOTE: We are working on a new version of this frame to be sold as a kit but have to postpone any further development at this moment due to other priorities.
